Skills

Excellent written English communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good knowledge of the WordPress platform
Good knowledge of hooks & filters
Able to diagnose WordPress issues by isolating potential factors
Able to read and understand HTML, CSS, JavaScript & PHP
Able to understand MySQL tables and know how to use phpMyAdmin
An understanding of basic browser console errors

What this job involves

Helping customers with their WordPress problems by logging into their websites, diagnosing issues, and offering solutions.
Writing clear and helpful responses to customer queries via email & chat.
Writing clear and detailed bug reports for escalation to developers.
