Hi!! I'm currently looking for a Help Support Specialist

* A People Person

* Excellent in communication
* Speak and write Great English
* Very organized
* Very detail-oriented
* Positive attitude
* Very Resourceful
* Able to start immediately.
* Able to work during 8 am - 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday
* Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Job Description:
- Will handle the Ticketing tool
- Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
- Respond to customer issues via phone, email, and computer chat
- Provide customer assistance
- Document customer interactions

Note: Knowledge in Upgrade to see actual info is a plus but not required
