Shopify Ecommerce Assistant (Must have ecommerce experience)

We are looking for a shopify assistant to help with Shopify administrative tasks for a well known business. We are a small, friendly team and always available to help. We are hoping to find a long term contact who we can rely on to complete general shopify admin tasks across our 4 websites.

Approximately 12 hours per week, but may be more at busy times. There is always lots of changes and new projects so this is a great role for someone looking to learn more skills or gain experience within an exciting & busy company.

You must have some experience in ecommerce / or shopify.


Requirements:
- Must have experience with Shopify
- Must have experience with CSV uploading
- Good knowledge of EXCEL / Google sheets
- Experience using MATRIXIFY is a big advantage
- Access to photoshop for basic tasks would be an advantage but not essential
- Happy working at tasks on your own
- Not afraid to ask questions
- Attention to detail (eg. ensuring product description are formatted neatly)
- Proof read your own content - before ticking off job as complete


Examples of tasks:
- Using Matrixify to upload CSV files - exporting, editing & importing bulk data *majority of work*
- Exporting content from our UK store to our European stores
- Uploading translations into Langify
- Uploading videos / files / images / metafields to product pages



Must be IT literate and have previous experience with Shopify.
