The Administrative Coordinator will oversee the daily business operations and administration of the organisation. This is a managerial position, so the successful candidate will have proven leadership experience.

Duties include:
- The development, implementation and evaluation of business strategies
- Optimisation of the organisation’s operational capacity and capabilities
- Overseeing company operations and employee productivity, encouraging maximum performance and dedication
- Translation of strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth, helping to implement organisation-wide goal setting and performance management
Internal and External relations Requirements:
- Proven experience as Administrative Coordinator or relevant role
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
- Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business development
- Working knowledge of eCommerce and Service organisation infrastructure
- Outstanding organisational and leadership abilities
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
