T Shirt Designer

The designer will join the foundations of our new marketing team, focused on the development and execution of our new t-shirt, polo shirt and new product designs, to create unique contemporary designs which take the brand to the next level.

You thrive on designing new shirts, doing meaningful work with a purpose, which makes a difference in people's lives, seeing your visions come to life, and having people worldwide wearing your designs.

We are looking for a passionate designer focused on impact, making a difference, and making contributions to their work.

Ideal candidates will have a previous background in graphic design, t-shirt & product designs and layouts.

The designer is responsible for designing new polo shirt designs, t-shirt designs, product designs and ensuring the proofs are ready for production.

Key Responsibilities - How You Will Make a Difference:

- Develop new product designs which take the brand to the next level.
- Ensure all deadlines are met with new product designs to ensure the marketing team is ready for critical dates to take the brand to the next level.

Who You Are:

- 1+ years of in-role experience
- Degree in graphic and web design
- Strong technical skills and experience turning visions into products and marketing materials that drive results.
- You live and breathe design.
- A results-driven attitude with a bias for learning and sharing.
- Track record in the design
- Impeccable written and verbal communication
- Interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Work well in a rapidly changing and fast-moving environment
- Self-starter who thrives in both collaborative and autonomous territories.
