Long Term, Full Time Rockstar VA Needed!

Virtual Assistant to an online marketing tech and strategy coach! Looking for my right-hand person!

Things you'll be doing the most of:

> Edit video content for masterclasses and workshops, youtube, facebook and instagram
> Edit transcriptions and subtitles for accuracy
> Edit transcriptions from masterclasses and workshops into written tutorials
> Create images in Canva and Picmonkey for social media, worksheets, Pinterest pins, Upgrade to see actual infoing my brand guidelines
> Edit and update pages and blog posts in Squarespace
> Create and update database of reviews, testimonials, and screenshots
> Schedule social media and pinterest posts
> Manage and execute new projects as they come up

This will be a full time, long term position - I'm looking for someone to work exclusively for me and be able and willing to learn new things, take on projects, and grow with the company.

Hours are flexible, you can work when suits you best and you are most productive - and we will communicate daily via email so I know what you are working on, what you've completed, what you need my help or input on, etc.

I'm in the US (eastern time zone) but I will not require you to work during my working hours. Flexibility to be available if important things come up would be appreciated, though!

You must have a computer and reliable internet access so that you can use the tools and software required for the work.

Necessary skills:
> Experience with video editing (how to edit a video for the different platforms like Upgrade to see actual info and facebook, etc.), adding transitions and graphics
> Experience writing blog posts or tutorials in English
> Tech savvy - able to learn new software
> Resourceful - able to research things you don't know how to do, find solutions to problems that come up, and comfortable to ask for my help or input when you need it
> Canva/Photoshop experience in creating graphics, PDFs, lead magnets, etc.

I need you to be organized (I am not, so I'll rely on you to keep things in line), reliable, and a good communicator (via email). I am looking for someone I do not need to micromanage. I want to be able to count on you to do your best to troubleshoot, figure things out and get the job done, but that being said, I am very approachable should things go wrong, if you get stuck or if you need my help with something. You never have to worry about emailing me for help or to let me know that you need Upgrade to see actual info this position some of the work my be repetitive and there will be a lot of attention to detail in the things you do, but there will also be a lot of new projects that come up, you will be able to learn new things, expand your abilities, take on challenges and grow.
