Marketing Assistant

Hello! I’m the Marketing Manager at Land Elevated, an e-commerce land sales company based in Denver, CO, and I’m looking for a friendly and bright individual who is eager to learn everything about the Marketing Assistant role, and do their best to contribute to the company’s success.

The ideal candidate will…

• Help manage and grow our YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook pages and communities.
• Prepare email campaigns within ActiveCampaign to our list of 40,000 contacts.
• Help analyze and overhaul our strategies on land sales marketplaces where we list our properties for sale.
• Design simple graphics for various initiatives, projects, and campaigns.
• Update our blog with new content as it becomes available with consistent formatting.
• Track our progress across various platforms with weekly reports.
• Help with various marketing-related duties.

Your Role on the Team

This is a full-time position working on the fast-moving, fast-changing, fast-growing Land Elevated marketing team. As a Land Elevated Marketing Assistant, you’ll get to collaborate with a top-notch team while building a valuable skill set that will support your long-term career.

You’ll be stepping into an already well-oiled marketing machine, and it’ll be your job to learn the ropes, and apply your relevant technical skills, work ethic, enthusiasm, and resourcefulness to help drive measurable marketing results that help Land Elevated reach the next level and beyond.

You will learn how to manage many aspects of Email Marketing, Social Media, Content / Blog, as well as a variety of Digital Marketing tasks.

** We are seeking someone who can work on US time, and is ready to hit the ground running on Day 1. We will teach you everything you need to know, so if you are smart and have a positive mindset and excellent work ethic, you will LOVE the Marketing Assistant role!

You will work directly with seasoned marketers and entrepreneurs in executing effective marketing. You will get to see the results of your resourcefulness and hard work! Key Responsibilities
Marketing
• Graphic design
• Video editing (Helpful but not 100% necessary)
• Content optimization and repurposing
• Image creation for blog articles, online ads (Facebook, Google, etc.)
• Instagram, Facebook and YouTube – Posting, managing comments, and helping drive growth
• Email template design in ActiveCampaign, as well as helping prepare email campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across marketing platforms
• Tracking and reporting data from Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
