IT Recuiter

Needs to hire 3 Freelancers
We are a recruitment agency based in the Netherlands and we are looking for (linkedin) recruiters to help us communicate with software testers located in the major cities across the Netherlands.

This will be a long-term, home-based position. You can work as many hours you like and earn an unlimited income.

You will be provided with a list of public linkedin profiles that we already identified as suitable candidates.

We are looking for individuals/agencies who have experience with LinkedIn, and other social media recruiting strategies.

We pay $20 for every complete resume/ CV you send to us of candidates who are minimum 80% matched and who agreed via email or linkedin that they want to be considered for the specific role you presented to them.

We pay you additional $500 if the candidate is hired.

Detailed CV (not copied linkedin profile) with email adress + direct telephone number, availability and salary expectations

You will be considered for this job if you can demonstrate excellence with the following...

- Suitable LinkedIN profile with experience in IT recruitment
- Ability to communicate with and convince candidates that match the job description
- Add information to a spreadsheet in google docs for collaboration
- Send pre-written linkedin messages and emails
- Handle LinkedIn replies
- Excellent English communication skills
