JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Los Angeles based digital marketing firm seeking an integral member of the operations team and someone to be a long-term part of the team. The ideal candidate will add to the company's dynamic and contribute to the companies growth. This person will be an experienced administrative professional with management experience that is extremely reliable and innovative. This role of Executive Administrative Assistant will virtually support the CEO and will handle daily operations duties, administrative tasks, customer service duties as well as some management duties. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with Digital Marketing, experience with Project Management, experience working with sales professionals and experience with Client Management/Customer Support. This is a fully remote position.

We are looking for an innovative self-starter who is task-oriented, detail-oriented, self-accountable, well organized and is eager to learn and grow with the company. This position will play a role in every department of the company assisting the CEO with all responsibilities involved in running the business. Taking pride in being the go-to person for clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, contributing to the entrepreneurial environment by sharing ideas and Upgrade to see actual infot only intelligent, resourceful, energetic, and loyal but also have a love for the online business world.



The ideal candidate must have prior experience in an executive assistant or operations management role, preferably with management duties. Must be able to serve as liaison to multiple departments, manage communication both internally and with clients, as well as handle various human resources functions.



Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills and a professional demeanor are required.



Required Skills:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office / Office 365

- Experienced with Zoho CRM

- Knowledge of Asana

- Familiarity with WordPress & Active Campaign

- Familiarity with Canva / Adobe / Photoshop a plus

- Experience with Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing / Web design

- Fully proficient with Customer Service/Client Management Etiquette

- 2+ years of Customer Service/Customer Care Experience

- 3+ years of Administrative experience

- 1+ years of Executive assistant or Operations experience.

- Project Management Experience and Staff Management Experience a plus
