Virtual Assistant

As a Virtual Assistant you will be working with me, Raymond Dumee the Chief Operations Officer of sustain credits. We are a London based company, but I am working from home in the Netherlands.
You will be providing a constantly high quality customer service to our earth doctors by communicating over social media channels, in order to maintain a good relationship and grow our Upgrade to see actual infopany
sustain credits is a reward system, issued to earth doctors that heal the world. Our earth doctors come from all around the world and anyone can become an earth doctor, all they have to do is heal the Upgrade to see actual info could be planting trees to capture carbon, clearing out environmentally destructive plastics or chemicals from nature, or anything that returns our planet to its true form. We hope to provide a living wage to anyone who wishes to improve Upgrade to see actual info the first 6 months we have rapidly expanded to 60 countries, with an ambitious 30 year plan to build the ecological economy. Think of us like Uber - but restoring harmony with nature. We are building a megacorn corporation.

Responsibilities
Communicate with our earth doctors via our social media channels, whatsapp and email.
Receive proof of work from our earth doctors and upload the nature efforts to our database.
Reach out to new earth doctors on social media.
Daily and weekly reporting and may be required to carry out added tasks as Upgrade to see actual infocation
College degree, preferably in sustainability or environment.
Minimum Education Required: College Diploma.
Fluent in English spoken and written.

Technical Capabilities
Computer knowledge in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and basic databases.
Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok).

Desirable
Ability to create TikTok and Reels videos.
Familiarity with Canva.

Skills
Excellent communication skills, happy to chat with people and promote sustain credits.
Efficiency, originality, flexibility, ability to multitask, adapt to change, follow instructions.
Work well with others and also have the ability to work independently.

Employment Type
Full-Time (40 hours) to work from home with broadband internet access.
