VA needed for Content Creation and Social Media Marketing

We are currently looking for a virtual assistant that can help us with the following areas:
- SMM
- SEO
- Content Creation
- Online research

English skills have to be fluent. Applicants ideally are from the Philippines. Our business is related to lightings and interior design, hence the applicant should be young, up to date with current cool trends and open minded. Our social media presence should be fun and interesting. If you have an interest in interior design and have any experience or background, that would be a plus.

You will be handling our blog and create weekly new content, creating real useful (and definitely not spammy) links through reaching out to relevant partners or platforms which would help in SEO, and other ways to gain search engine rankings in fully legitimate and useful ways for us. You will also be responsible for performing online marketing for our business through creating relevant and catchy content on Facebook, Instagram and marketing such content. Besides these main responsibilities, you may also be required to assist in administrative work which may be assigned at times under our direction.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Dependable, reliable, prompt work ethic
- Sales and marketing experience a plus and if you have, please highlight. Else, you have to be keen to learn in this aspect and be willing to take the lead in offering ideas to market our business
- Good computer skills (ability to type, browse the internet, use e-mail (Outlook or Outlook Express), Microsoft Word and Excel). Advanced computer skills a plus.
- High speed broadband internet connection that is 100% reliable.
- Skype for Instant messaging.

This is for a full time position, and working hours are 9-6 PM Philippines time Mon-Fri with 1 hour lunch break.
Salary is $250/month for the beginning and we will pay once a week. Once we're satisfied from the performance we will raise / give bonuses if needed.
The job will start with a 1 week trial period to see how well you accomplish the first few tasks. If the performance is exceptional I will hire you on a long-term basis. Please also let me know in detail if you have other commitments.
