Virtual Assistant / Facebook Assistant (Language: ITALIAN)

Seeking a passionate Virtual Assistant with a hustle mentality.

A switched-on, fearless and organized Assistant who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and stand out from the crowd.

You will focus on supporting our fast-growing coaching/consulting business and helping us change people's lives.

You will be almost totally free, you can work where you want when you want (we just ask for availability for sanctuary meetings).

After an initial period of collaboration, the candidate could be chosen to also assist the founders' personal affairs.

By running a tight ship and providing service and support you will allow us to focus on increasing our students and helping them Upgrade to see actual info two days will be the same, but some of your responsibilities will include:

- Manage our Facebook group community
- Posting and formatting pre-written content on social media
- Organize data from our clients in google drive
- Assist our new clients and onboard them
- Calendar management, scheduling appointments, and ad hoc requests.

The task list above is just indicative because we will evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the candidate and then only assign the more appropriate tasks

Requirements (not all are mandatory):
- Very good language skills, both written and verbal in Italian and English.
- Excellent customer service.
- Resourceful, trustworthy, and professional support to the team.
- Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize.
- Strong and friendly personality looking to evolve as a person and as a professional.
- Excellent Accountability.
- Initiative, proactive problem solving, and autonomous work.
- Excellent understanding of Google Sheet and Upgrade to see actual infoT Mandatory skills:
- Experience with SOPs building and system thinking is a HUGE PLUS
- Experience with digital marketing tools like Zapier, Slack, ClickUp is A PLUS
- Experience in the marketing and coaching space is a HUGE PLUS.
- [3] years experience as a VA is a PLUS
