We are looking for someone to play a supporting role in our property management company, the typical activities would include the following : -
1. Create inventories for tenants checking into a property
2. Gathering all the tenant information as part of the application form process
3. Processing the tenants application through to credit reference
4. Completing all the checking in information
5. Completing all the checking out information
6. Uploading or creating gas safety records in our management software
7. Uploading of receipts into our finance package
8. Chasing up suppliers via email
9. Searching property portals for new property for us to approach
10. Updating - enhancing processes across the business in order to make the run smoother
