Accounting Manager

The Accounting manager is responsible for monitoring all financial data and preparing accurate statements for the company. He/she will ensure all our accounting transactions comply with standards and the statutory requirements and support the organization. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensures that accounting process is properly followed across all clients.
• Review the Task of the staff to ensure completeness and accuracy of the transactions across all clients.
• Checking daily cash reports for key clients
• Monitors month end procedures of Accounting subcontractor and ensures that month end process is being followed.
• Correcting Transactions Erroneously posted by the Staff.
• Review of the Reconciliation of accounts done by Accounting subcontractor.

• Attending to Daily Concerns of the Staff.
• Reports to Jonathan, President, for Issues and Concerns
• Recommends improvements based on the evaluation of the clients and the organization.
• Develops process and procedures for the client and the organization.
• Evaluated work performance of the team and discuss their string points and areas of improvement.
• Ensures proper implementation of the organization’s policies and procedure.
• Performs other special project assigned from time to time.
