Experienced VA For Email Outreach & Social Media Management

Seeking someone full-time to be part of our Podcast Team called Deep Dive Into Businesses. We need someone to help reach out to key CEOs/CMO’s of top eCommerce companies and help segment topics that will be relative for each individual. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years experience managing social media and outreaching. Strong communication (English) skills is pretty important for this role since you will be reaching out to key leaders and also helping with social media copy / postings.

We need someone that understands how to proposition our podcast that will attract them into agreeing with being in our podcast (Upgrade to see actual info)


Some of your other responsibilities will include:

-Upload Podcast onto our WordPress Website with appropriate context + thumbnails that is optimized for SEO purposes

-Identify & Reach out to CEO’s, Founders, Marketers, Key Business Decision Makers from 6-Figure eCommerce Brands that were founded within the past 12 years.

-Reach out to CEO’s, Founders, Marketers of qualified eCommerce brands to be interviewed in our podcast

-Create short form blogs out of our podcast notes & videos so that it can become it’s own standalone piece of Upgrade to see actual infocorporate short-clip videos (That will be already made from the podcast) into the blog

-Upload short-clip podcast videos onto YouTube channel & use description to add context + redirect traffic back onto our podcast.

-Identify & Reach Out To Potential Sponsors That Align With Our Podcast (E.g. SMS Marketing Tools, Crunchbase (Valuation), Hubspot (CRM), -- A lot of these sponsors can be identified from Upgrade to see actual info)

-Help with managing our projects and content

To Qualify For This Role You Must:

-Have strong copyrighting skills that can take our existing Podcast notes and turn it into a fun-easy to read blog/written article
-Have strong experience in planning & scheduling content that will be designed for you by our creative team onto specific channels that help drive more awareness.
-Wordpress Experience for blogging and uploading podcast onto channel.
