Web Master that can implement Wordpress, has a designer's eye with CSS, HTML and Joomla experience

IMMEDIATE need for talented web designer that can push through Wordpress projects, find appropriate templates, modules and plugins and can get the work done. Also need to be able to set up on server, transition sites from HTML to WP, and assist in Google redirects. Need ideas to be generated and samples to be created for potential clients. Also need this to transition to SEO strategies, Google Analytics and keywording. Need to be able to start right away while background is being done.
