We run a recruiting agency and we need someone who can help us close more deals and handle all candidates and clients' databases.
• Writing detailed, clear job descriptions and posting them on a range of job boards to attract candidates.
• Communicating with the manager/supervisor and reviewing job descriptions to ensure accurate shortlisting of candidates.
• Fostering solid professional relationships with prospective hires.
• Following up promptly with prospective hires.
• Screening candidates and scheduling online interviews.
• Writing up questions for interviews when required.
• Developing new recruitment strategies.
• Assisting with onboarding duties to help new staff during the transition process.
• Responding to inquiries in a polite, efficient manner.
• Coordinate with the hiring party to assess their needs
• Contact potential recruits over the phone or
• Utilize multiple avenues to build a candidate pool
• Provide guidance and instruction throughout the hiring process
• Follow up with both employers and job seekers
• Able to work with Zoho CRM or any other CRM
• Great English writing and communication skills
• Able to multitasks
• Attentive and great attention to details
• Can work on job posting (Indeed, LinkedIn, Social Media, WordPress website, etc.)
• Can work with minimal supervision
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience
