JOB OVERVIEW

As a marketing automation specialist, we’re asking for someone who can excel in self-directed management and execution of the marketing automation platform. They will work with strategists and developers to identify the tools and automation necessary to complete operational and programmatic initiatives. Primary tools will include Active Campaign and Zapier. A reliable Internet connection is required.

Main job responsibilities:

Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment. Email copywriting and creatives will be provided to you.
Build & maintain Marketing Automation integrations with CRMs and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
Collaborate with management to define KPIs, create reporting & analyze campaign performance.
Create proposals with recommendations to improve campaign and CRM architecture and present them to the strategy and account management teams.
Research and implementation of the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
Building processes with the larger team to maintain a cooperative working environment where teaUpgrade to see actual infombers have what they need to surface and resolve specific challenges.
Assistance developing SOPs as needed

You aim to understand the KPIs connected to your work and the business outcomes you’re helping to facilitate with your Automation and CRM work.
You are comfortable handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision.
You can think critically and exercise independent judgment.
You understand and enjoy testing as a means to improve outcomes.

Preferred background:

Digital marketing experience
ActiveCampaign
CRM architecture and management experience
Zapier, Integromate or similar tool experience
Google Tag Manager
UTM tracking
Google Analytics
