Sales Assistant (Senior)

We are looking for a Sales and Account Management Specialist to support our US-based sales team with daily tasks. We prefer someone that is interested in long-term employment. There are many opportunities for growth and more pay if you do a good job. We are working with nutritional and pharmaceutical companies to do B2B sales.

The key responsibilities are as following:
1. Keep in touch with existing customers routinely, by emails and phone calls, to develop better business relationship with them.
2. Reach out to existing leads, and try to convert them into customers.
3. Collect inquiries and feedbacks from the customers, and sort them out into CRM system and spreadsheets.
4. Keep customer requests (quote inquiry, sample requests, order fulfillment) in line (by updating in CRM system and spreadsheets), and generate daily reports for the sales director.

Requirements:
1. Excellent written/verbal English.
2. Excellent written/verbal communication and persuasion skills.
3. Have initiative and ability to multi-task. Be able to work both independently and collaborating with the sales director.
4. This job is entirely work-from-home. So, you need to have stable Internet and power supply throughout the year, and a quite working environment.
5. Need to work mainly in US business hours (PST). We can discuss about some flexibile hours during the interview if you prefer.
6. Basic knowledge of CRM system/Google Spreadsheet/MS Excel/MS Word is necessary.
7. Nutraceutical or pharmaceutical knowledge is a big plus.
8. Virtual assistant experience is a big plus.
9. Bachelor’s or higher degree is highly preferred.
