JOB OVERVIEW

Hello, We are looking for someone with a wide range of E-commerce related skills that could help our executive team with a multitude of tasks primarily related to marketing.

The roles and responsibilities will primarily revolve around assisting our organization with marketing efforts and organizational tasks. This will include tasks such as managing social media accounts, posting blogs to Shopify stores, web research and various other SEO and PR tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an executive assistant and marketing manager and have English proficiency. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team and be able to generate solutions to problems without always having clear direction.

This is a fully remote Upgrade to see actual infopensation will be discussed in the next step of the qualification process but will range between $500 per month and $1000 per month.

About You

As an executive assistant, you will have a wide range of tasks that you are responsible for in assisting the executive team with personal and business related tasks. These tasks will include the following among others:

Manage Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info organic posts
Scheduling and coordinating blog posts
Web research and PR outreach
File organization
Creating weekly newsletter posts via Klaviyo
Organizing meeting minutes
Travel arrangements

The ideal candidate must be a team oriented person who is comfortable both following instructions as well and generating ideas to solve Upgrade to see actual info addition, the ideal candidate must be comfortable learning new skills and operating in a dynamic remote environment. If you are a fun person who takes pride in their work and helping others then this may be the position for you.

Must have daily access to high-speed internet and ability to work partially during US CST hours.
