Social Media Manager

Yoga website in search of a witty, personable social media content creator. Creator chosen will be responsible for outlining, creating, and planning social media content (Instagram / Facebook/Pinterest) which will include creating an organized posting strategy for all three channels, engaging with and growing the audience, and keeping an eye on trending social media ideas for upcoming campaigns. Our ideal social media manager will be highly skilled and experienced with organic growth strategies and paid growth strategies and ad targeting to create the greatest increases in relevant reach at the lowest possible ad spend.

Job Duties + Responsibilities:
*Create daily original content (Instagram stories & posts, Facebook stories & posts, Pinterest pins & boards, social media feed posts etc.) in American English that relates to the brand’s audience.
*Create content with the purpose to increase followers, click through rate, and engagement.
*Coordinate with the marketing team and create clear calls of action that converts engagement into clicks.
*Must be able to work independently and creatively.
*Must be able to demonstrate great grammar skills.
*Must share your social media handle as well as links to accounts/businesses that you have worked on/with along with proof of success in the form of increased metrics.

Social Media Manager duties and responsibilities

*Using social media marketing tools and platforms to create and maintain the company’s brand
*Develop social media marketing campaigns
*Interact with followers via the company’s social media accounts
*Create the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy
*Researching social media trends and adapting current strategy to match trends
*Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and increased followers and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.
