Woodward Red is a company based in Detroit, Michigan. We have several eCommerce brands, 3 Filipino employees, and our company is growing! We’re always looking for new dedicated talent to bring on board.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Good spoken and written English communication skills
-Must be willing to work during Eastern Standard Time office hours
-Must have a strong and reliable internet connection at home with rare instances of power outages
-A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
-An attention to detail
-An understanding that this position is Part-time and we do not tolerate anyone working on other projects during our work hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Managed Social Media Interactions
-Solve all new
-Ensure the resolution of the customer's concern/inquiries, whenever possible
-Ensure all KPIs are met
Not a necessity but great to have:
-A college degree (we’re excited to consider new college graduates who have any kind of previous job experience and are hard-working)
-Customer service experience and dealing with escalated service in a call center or in a home-based/freelancing setting
-Experienced in ticketing software platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.
-Experience in Shopify or any eCommerce platforms
