This job is a combination of a customer sales representative and a credit dispute processor. This is why we are paying top dollar.

You will be required to pay attention to great detail, technical skills, and focus. We will be providing you with step-by-step directions on the daily processes of our company. You will be expected to maintain communication with the team at all times.

This position comes with consideration for a pay increase after 90 days, as well as quarterly bonuses.

This is not a job where you will be given instruction and never hear from the company except payday. We will have daily and weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings to keep the business on Upgrade to see actual info our company, our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are treated like family.

Duties:

- Complete Sales Calls (Consultation Calls), Must Be Able To Break Down A Credit Report
-Complete Monthly Coaching Calls, Advising The Client How To Build Their Report, Lowering Utilization, Etc.
-Answer Main Company Phone Line, Schedule Consultation Calls
-Complete Client Dispute Letters
-Complete CFPB Complaints
-File FTC Reports
-Correspond with clients via their client portal
-Generate FCPA's (Invoices)
-Process Payments, Send Out Payment Reminders, Send Out Email Campaigns
-Complete Reimports, Update Client Portals
-***More Responsibilities May Be Added At A Later Date


Requirements:

Have knowledge of DisputeFox, or be willing to learn.
Be 100% Fluent In English
Have Top Tier Organizational Skills & Time Management Skills
Be A Team Player
Minimum 75 Mbps Internet Connection
Must Be Available 9am-5pm CST


Be able to handle a minimum of 25 clients per day, 40+ preferred. Time management is key.

Must be willing to continue perfecting skills, as we provide certifications to help you progress through the company.

You will be required to use a system that tracks time works, similar to clocking in. Overtime will be paid.

Once the probationary period has been completed, our company provides pay increase considerations every 120 days based on work ethic, as well as regular quarterly bonuses as milestones are reached and new goals are achieved.

We offer base pay, plus commission. Payroll is sent every Tuesday and typically received every Thursday. We do not reward mediocrity.
