Facebook Ads Manager for Marketing Agency

We are a marketing agency looking for a Facebook Ads Manager to join our team!

We are a team of ~5 people all working in remotely in the US and the Philippines. We run ads for a variety of ecommerce and service businesses.

We work hard but also value work life balance and enjoying the freedom and perks of the remote work life. We are concert and music festival lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, Star Wars fans and marketing nerds.

As a Facebook Ads Manager you would be responsible for creating and optimizing Facebook Ads for multiple clients on a daily basis.

Your job will be to maintain a minimum 3x ROAS to the best of your ability within the clients budget. You will be responsible for setting up campaigns, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and ad copywriting. Images and videos will be provided by the Client.

This is a full-time position with salary pay PLUS performance-based bonuses.

Ideal candidates will:
- Have experience running profitable FB Ads for ecommerce
- Have experience running profitable FB Ads for lead generation
- Be able to write copy for Ads
- Desire to work for an agency as an Ads manager
- Have experience setting up conversion tracking, dynamic ads, lookalike audiences, etc
- Be very organized
- Excellent internet access w/ webcam, microphone & Zoom account
