Wanted: Talented writer and customer service rep for a Canadian Company (full-time)

I'm looking for someone to work full-time for a site that helps people overcome their insomnia. If you love to write (and write really well), if you like to help people and if you thrive when learning, then this might be for you...

The work would include:

- writing articles and posting them on articles sites
- writing press releases and submitting them
- writing blog posts
- writing short blurbs and post them
- adapting/rewriting previously written material
- answering customer support requests by email and within a helpdesk
- other small virtual assistant tasks like collecting and formatting testimonials, routing various email requests, etc

The bulk of your daily work would be to write/rewrite material, and research when necessary. So I'm looking for someone who really loves to write, and who has impeccable yet conversational English skills. The position involves writing 100% original, informative, and persuasive articles.

Customer support does not require a lot of time, but is still very important. Exceptional relating skills are required here: we do have stock answers that are used to respond to common inquiries, but many requests are coming from people who need personalized help, so an open heart, an active intuition and a keen desire to help are necessary to do a good job.

The person I'm looking for also:

- grasps concepts quickly, is a fast learner
- is comfortable working on her own, at home, without needing direct supervision
- follows through and reports regularly and dependably: excellent communication with me is KEY
- knows how to conduct research on the Internet
- pays attention to detail, can follow written and/or video instructions
- is organized
- is VERY dependable
- is eager to contribute and help
- has excellent email etiquette and communication skills
- is interested in health and personal growth: you will be asked to gradually become an expert on sleep matters
- can count on a reliable broadband Internet connection at home
- has a dependable computer
- can install and use Skype, along with a headset
- knowledge and experience in health/wellness would also be a plus.

You would need to be available 40 hours a week, starting at 8am during the week, and be able to check customer support inquiries twice (briefly) on Saturdays.

Salary starts at 12000 PHP per month and go up from there, along with bonuses/profit sharing for a long-time, mutually beneficial relationship.

What else? We are very pleasant folks to work with :) And we are ready to start now.
