Operations Assistant

High Seas Cleaning is searching for an Operations Assistant who can help launch and grow the next fastest-growing home cleaning business.

There are a variety of responsibilities in the early days -- from helping build home cleaning operational processes and procedures, to managing our CRM platform as we acquire new clients through our WordPress website. Once launched, this position will interface and support both our Cleaning Specialists and our Clients via text, phone, email and through the CRM platform Launch27. You will help manage bookings and cleaner assignments, as well as intentional communications with our Clients. Light bookkeeping through QuickBooks Online may be required from time to Upgrade to see actual info is essential that this position works on normal Eastern Standard Time hours.
