Position Overview:
The Mobile Home Dealer is growing again and we are looking to hire a real estate research manager.

*This position will allow the employee to work normal 9AM-5PM Filipino time*

Full Time Work

Start Training Immediately Upon Hire

Prior Real Estate Experience Preferred But Not Required

Job Description:
-Use Provided Database Looking To Obtain For Sale By Owner Advertisements

-Load new lead contact information into Excel file at end of day and email

-Utilize The Following Websites To Complete Job Tasks:
MH Village
Trulia
Zillow
Craigslist

-Send Daily Update Email With How Many New Leads, Questions, Problems And Production Notes

Position Pay:
Payment $400-$600 Per Month Pending On Experience

Weekly Pay For First 30 Days (training period)

Paid Monthly Once All Training Has Ended

Yearly Bonus Structure

13th Month Payment Provided

Year End Bonus Provided

Health Insurance Paid After 90 Days

1 Week Paid Vacation First Year First Year

7 Paid US Holidays Per Year
