JOB OVERVIEW


Project Manager’s key responsibility is to help, coordinate, and ensure task completion on time. Responsible for managing all operations relating to Amazon and other marketplaces. Oversee all the project teams and aspects.

Job responsibilities:

• Maintain and monitor Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and eBay accounts
• Ensuring Amazon Seller Account is in great shape
• Be able to determine and take action on negative product and seller feedbacks
• Respond to Customer Service inquiries
• Create Multi-Channel Fulfillment
• Help in inventory planning and restock
• Help in Product Research and Development
• Determine Sales Trends
• Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly reports for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other metrics.
• Create and manage team tasks on Click Up
• Ensure all team tasks are completed within the time frame
• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.

Requirements:

• Experience in handling Amazon, Shopify or other E-commerce platforms
• Knowledge in Product Research and Development, Product Fulfillment, Logistics, and Customer Service
• Superb time-management and organizational skills
• Strong data analytic skills and attention to detail
• Smart and pro-active problem solver.
