I'm looking for a statistician to help me build a real estate valuation model.
One that deals with probabilities rather than certainties.
Knowledgeable in statistical software/language like Stata and R.
Working hours are between 9 AM-6 PM (Mountain Time).
You can work part-time or full-time, whatever works for you.
