Job description
We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to manage customer service and sales. To be successful as an operations specialist, you should be committed to improving customer experiences and be able to ensure operational efficiency. Ultimately, a top-notch operations specialist should have excellent organizational, people management, and problem-solving skills.

Mon to Fri from 8am to 4pm EST
Sun from 8am-2/4pm EST
Skills:
Project management and leadership experience.
Ability to analyze and improve customer service and sales processes.
Strong people management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and time management
Sample of tasks:
Managing Customer Service Mon-Fri and operations on Sundays.
Overseeing the cleaning team and assigning jobs.
Support Operations Manager with Hiring process (job posts, interviews, onboarding)
Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures.
Identifying ways to improve customer experiences.
Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
Training new employees and ensuring that health and safety regulations are
Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
Maintaining policy and procedure documents.
