Virtual Outbound Sales Specialist

Our real estate team is in the top 1% of all teams in our area. We’re looking for a new sales associate that is great at building relationships over the phone. The right candidate wants to grow their skills, work with a winning team and build a career.

Required Responsibilities

- Perform outbound sales calls to generate leads and appointments for real estate agents
- Input/manage prospects inside database
- Prepare & submit daily tracking of sales performance and activities
- Prepare & submit weekly lead pipeline report
- Communicate daily with team leader

Advanced Skills (not required, but encouraged)

- Qualify leads generated for appointments to provide quick response times and meet the prospect's needs
- Schedule appointments for listings, investors, and buyers
- Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication including text messages

Job-Specific Requirements

- Must practice, memorize, and internalize team dialogue and scripts
- Create a sense of comfort and familiarity through ability to build rapport
- Ability to listen intently to the conversation and guide the prospect to their next step
- Must be solution-oriented and communicate consistently with team leader
- Must track performance and sales activity
- Confident telephone voice
