The role:
- Updating scheduling system with training event details
- Setting up online meetings and sending out invites
- Updating customer records
- Responding to customer account-related concerns
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Effective administration, follow up and documentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Gmail
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Zoom, MS Teams
- Experience with Xero
- Any experience with training/learning and development
The working hours would be 4pm - 2am (PH Time) Monday to Friday
