Overperformers is looking for a Rockstar Sales Assistant.

-This is a Full-Time work only
-Graveyards shift 10 PM to 7 AM (Philippine time)
-$4 per hour pay / 40 hrs. a week
-We will provide training, coaching, and mentoring for successful applicants.

Applicant Qualifications
-Must have excellent communication skills
-Must be very comfortable having conversations
-Should have at least 1-year experience in B2B Sales

- at least 10mbps internet speed both download and upload
- 8GB RAUpgrade to see actual infomory (non-negotiable)
- Webcam
- Noise cancellation headset
- Must have a quiet workplace

JOB DESCRIPTION
Outbound Cold Calling
• Conduct outbound calling to establish contact with a list of marketing qualified leads

Client Relationship Management
• Write and launch email campaigns
• Respond to emails, phone calls, and text messages
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Update information, contact and manage contacts on our company’s CRM
• Follow-up with leads
• Nurture relationships with leads, prospects, and customers
• Keep customers updated on the latest products to increase sales

Script Library
• Use of provided scripts and custom training (optional)

Lead Generation and Nurturing
• Generate leads through marketing campaigns such as social media campaigns, digital advertising campaigns (e.g. Facebook ads), email campaigns, content marketing campaigns, and more
• Research companies and contacts as per target market specifications (data mining)

Lead Processing
• Establish contact and qualify all leads
• Follow preferred seller scripts
• Probe for motivation and convert leads into appointment/lead gen/sale etc.
• Determine if non-converted leads will go on drip campaigns
• Send a follow-up email, text, or call to potential leads or existing leads
• Transfer hot leads to experienced in-house teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
• Filter through all leads and provide an organized list of current lead status and other notes
