Sales Lead Conversion

We are looking for Bookings Sales Virtual Assistant to join our team of health and fitness experts.

This position will involve converting inbound calls, Facebook and Google Ads leads to appointments and bookings and calling medical practices to arrange appointments for our Therapists. Great attitude and work ethic are #1. Efficiency is required. We are focused on our outcomes, not zefkz. Shndidates must be able to manage their time well. We are located in AEST — Australian Eastern Standard time zone. You will start work 4 hours each day 1pm-5pm Monday to Friday AEST. Additional hours are available if work hard and deliver results.

You will be working with the founder in Australia and Customer Bookings VA in the Philippines who handles existing customers.

Position Summary

The Bookings/Sales Virtual Assistant will focus on new customers.

Key Accountabilities

The Bookings/Sales Virtual Assistant will:

:: Respond to all call and email enquiries from new customers
:: Respond to all Facebook & Google ads leads and convert interest to appointments and bookings
:: Post in relevant online forums to drive leads
:: Responding to potential customers through social media and over the phone (Voip provided)
:: Follow up after a customer’s first-class or therapy session to convert ongoing commitment
:: Call Medical Centres to arrange medical rep lunches for our Therapists
:: Follow up Medical briefing sessions
:: Manage the healthcare and referral database

Accountabilities include:
:: Increase the number of new customers
:: Increase the number of new class attendees
:: Increase the number of Therapy appointments
:: Schedule a minimum of 2 appointments per week with medical centres for our head therapist
:: Increase the number of medical referrals

Key Selection Criteria
The Virtual Assistant must have:
:: A passion for hitting goals and improving every week
:: Great phone and message skills in English
:: Bachelor’s degree
:: Attention to detail organised reliable and good communication skills
:: Reliable Internet Connection & MAC/ios
:: Bonus points for a sense of humour, grace under pressure and a love of digital tech
