JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!

We are looking for an awesome freelance bookkeeper to assist us with our bookkeeping and time tracking needs. To apply for this position, please put "I am your Super Bookkeeper" in the subject line of your email.

Herein below are your responsibilities:

1. Verify contractor hours for weekly payments - We release pay every Friday, Manila time, so reports should be done on a Thursday
2. Prepare payments in Wise for payment
3. Prepare weekly time sheets spent by contractors in Projects for client reporting
4. Manage other internal bookkeeping needs

We look for the following experiences in our prospective bookkeeping candidates:

1. 1-2 years of experience as a bookkeeper
2. 1-2 years of experience working remotely
3. 1 year experience in Google Workspace
4. Knowledgeable in Clickup (Optional - training will be provided)

Qualities Needed To Be Successful

Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. As cliche as it sounds, here are the 3 qualities that we a
looking for:

paramount to me and the team. If you aren't able to hit a deadline or made a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all

looking for a long term relationship with the expectations that this will become full-time. If your just looking for a few

new projects. if you are not excited about improving your skills and trying other writing outside of descriptions; this
is not for you.
