The key responsibilities of a Customer Service Associate is working with our Customer Service Team who is in charge of ensuring the customers are getting the highest quality customer experience possible.


Job Functions:

Find unique ways to deal with customer concerns for 60+ brands across several e-commerce platforms
Process Amazon orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
Interact with customers daily, responding to their questions via email
Have a balance between relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines and exercising independent judgment
Recommend potential products by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing shared response rate goals
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution for eBay customers
Persuade customers to reconsider negative star review rating
Utilize work management software to organize and coordinate teamwork
Help identify areas of improvement during weekly customer service meeting
Create and edit documents online using Google Drive.
Work closely with the customer service manager to determine when bin check cases are necessary
Provide timely feedback regarding challenges or customer concerns
Document the patterns and complaints that may indicate a more significant problem with the product that needs to be resolved
Committed to ongoing learning about the products included in our ever-growing catalog


Position Requirements:

Masters in English is an advantage
Excellent Oral and Verbal communication skills
Experience in Customer Service is a plus but not required
Google Suite, task management experience (Click-up), effective time management, responsive communicator, Google Suite – Needed
Click-up or a task management system – Preferred
Communication system like Slack – Preferred
Previous Inventory management - Preferred

Customer Service Characteristics & Proficiencies:
Experience with work management software (Click-up)
Knowledgeable about Google Drive
English Fluency
Patient
Detail Oriented
Organized
Flexible

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM PST
Compensation and Benefits: Salary starts at $750 per month, PTO, Commissions’ Bonus, Healthcare coverage, and Career growth opportunities.
