Appointment Setter

We are looking for motivated and experienced appointment setters to call on aged solar leads to set appointments for our in home sales representatives to go in and close the deal. We pay $3/hour plus $50 for each deal that is sold from your appointments. After the second deal you get paid $100/deal, and it starts over at the end of every week. For example, if you work 30 hours and produce 3 deals, you would get $90 for a salary and $250 for commission for that week. You should be able to produce 2-6 deals a week as an appointment setter depending on talent, work ethic, coachability, etc.
