QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
With experience using Xero
Must have experience with bookkeeping for Real Estate
For Real Estate doing bookkeeping by property
Flexible (Willing to take on a task that is not related to bookkeeping)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will do bookkeeping for our businesses
Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts
Processing payments
Conducting daily banking activities
Producing various financial reports
Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements
