Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Enjin is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager (minimum of 5-8 years of experience, remote working) to support our Chief Financial Officer.

Enjin is a blockchain tech company building products that make it easy for everyone to use next-generation non-fungible tokens (NFTs). We are a globally distributed team of futurists and tinkerers building the most robust NFT ecosystem in the blockchain space. Our cryptocurrencies Enjin Coin (ENJ) and Efinity Token (EFI) have a combined market cap of over US$3 billion.

What You'll Do
- Assist in management and analysis in relation to ENJ/EFI cryptocurrencies
- Assist in analysis of products and expenses and reporting of key financial and operating metrics
- Assist in strategic planning and research and execution of strategic projects
- Assist in preparation of other financial reports and analyses
- Assist in preparation and management of monthly/quarterly/annual business review and budget and forecasting reports
- Analysis of historical financial reports
- Coordinate with different internal teams for completion of annual budget
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Monitor and report cash position and cryptocurrency assets
- Assist in management of corporate treasury
- Prepares and implements internal control policies
- Manage financial software adoption

Who You Are
- Graduated in top 10% from leading university in home country with bachelor’s degree in finance/accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Big 4 experience an advantage
- Master’s degree an advantage
- Minimum 5-8 years experience in financial planning, corporate strategy or similar. Proficiency with finance software an advantage
- Strong math, finance, and writing skills
- Able to work independently as part of remote working team, in a flat, open company culture. Work not limited to purely finance matters.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in blockchain and NFT technology
- Domain experience in gaming and the Polkadot ecosystem an advantage
- Blockchain-specific finance experience an advantage
- Willing to play video games and mint NFTs
