Ylopo LLC is an exciting, rapidly growing, and well-funded technology startup headquartered in Santa Monica, CA with a growing team based in and around Manila. We are looking for a talented JR Business Analyst experienced to work alongside our CTO.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position with working hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST. Occasional weekend work or overtime may arise when deadlines need to be met.

Job Role and Responsibilities

- Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs. Gather and document business requirements.
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
- Transform complex information into simple and easily understandable visuals.
- Assist/Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to the project team
- Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Handle spot requests and assist with any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements
Skill Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in IT or equivalent
- Strong communication, presentation, written skills, teamwork spirit, and excellent documentation skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking skills, meticulous, able to understand and de-complicate business requirements and propose improvements to project stakeholders
- Proficient in creating reports using BI Tools, experience with BI/BA platform is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated, directed, can work independently with minimum assistance.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Experience in Agile project delivery will be an advantage.

System Requirements:

Processor should be 2ghz and above, Intel Core 5/7 is highly required
Ram should be at least 8GB with 100GB Free disk space
A Headset with a noise-canceling feature
At least 10 Mbps & up wired connection for main ISP
strictly no USB Sticks allowed for backup ISP
