1. Utilizing modern-day digital tools such as Slack, ClickUp, Whatsapp, Google Sheets, Google Form and Google Drive,, Dropbox, Notion.
2. Optimizing Product Listings via intensive Keyword Research (via Helium 10 & Seller.Tools, SamuraiSeller). Be Involved in keyword selection.
3. Optimize AMS | PPC | Sponsored Product Campaigns with various methods that are optimal for each SKU including executing value-based bidding to the most aggressive strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
4. Obtain deep, authoritative knowledge on each Product in our Catalog (such as why a health product works to a molecular level to the comprehension of patents and how to use the product).
5. Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive strategies to increase sales, visibility, brand recognition, and drive sales across Amazon Sponsored Ads. Analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns to ensure they are bringing quality traffic while maintaining ROI goals.
6. Track KPIs and measure performance and produce useful reports of all digital marketing campaigns and give effective assessments and recommendations to perfect each SKU.
7. Growth mindset with a hunger to constantly learn and improve your
KPIs will be based on, and include :
1. Ideate, Plan, and Execute Amazon PPC Campaigns for our products.
2. Keyword-research and optimise rankings on an account level and product level.
3. Use Easybot and Manychat to run SFB and rebate campaigns to improve ranking
4. Regularly tweak, optimise and analyse data to improve ACOS
5. Work with the Logistics team to plan FBA shipments and get them dispatched from our warehouse to various Fulfillment centres
6. Maintain optimal inventory levels at each FC.
7. Be in continuous communication with your reporting manager, and perform various administrative tasks for your reporting manager including reports, data sanitization, and a weekly presentation.
You are expected to have the following :
• Strong attention to detail
• Eye for Metrics Analysis.
• Amenable to follow the instruction carefully
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google applications

• Knowledgeable in communication tools such as
