A startup short term rental company in Southern California is seeking a full time remote host to be available 5 days/week from 9am-5pm (Philippine time zone). We are seeking someone who is already familiar with the platform that we can easily plug into our current
-Providing Guest support for all current Interlude properties.
-Supporting guest communications through external channels (AirBnB, VRBO,
-Following communication template flow in proper sequence. Copy and Pasting only necessary info.
-Using OffBook communication with Guest (free dialogue that is not “Copy and Pasted” from templates) only when necessary and providing a hospitality-driven professional demeanor at all times when interacting with the guests.
-Following proper channels and action plans as a main point of contact for Guest, Service Providers, neighbors, and property owner/partners.
-Assisting with quick and concise handoffs of Guests in emergency situations to supervisor and/or local authorities and medical first responders.
Maintaining working knowledge integrated operating systems, applications, and software including
(but not limited to):
-Administrative: Google Workspace
-Communication: WhatsApp,
-Scheduling: TurnoverBnB
-Payments: PayPal
Communicating with the support team to stay informed of all relevant guest and coworker activity.
Relaying guest, cleaner, supplier/provider, and co-host team needs to proper channel. (Whatsapp, Google Calendar, Notes Files, etc.)
