Full time Outgoing Community Manager/Customer Service Agent Needed ASAP

Established eCommerce company is looking for a very detail-oriented and witty person to manage our growing community and our customer service tickets. We have lots of potential customers that need assistance with their order questions.

The perfect person for this position is someone who is easily coachable, is witty and personable, can pay very close attention to detail and is a very polite communicator to our community members. While this position does not require you to be able to SPEAK fluent English, it's more important to know that you can WRITE in English fluently. The work won't be difficult, but it can get tedious. The perfect person is patient and cares deeply about helping our prospects become customers.

Responsibilities include:
- Managing all incoming comments and responding to them
- Replying to Zendesk requests coming in from prospects or customers
- Replying to messages from prospects or customers that need assistance with their orders or concerns
- The ability to turn prospects into customers
- Posting engaging content on our page

Bonus But Not Necessary:
- Previous Experience in Community Marketing
- Previous Experience in FB Page Moderation
- Knowledge in Zendesk
- Copywriting experience in any capacity
