[Full Time, Long Term Position] Product Lead - Course Management

We are looking for a Product Lead who will work directly with the content team to help with the course catalog processes. We will train you in all our processes and systems but we need someone to fill in the gaps within the team and bring on new strategies to attain the goal.

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Ensure that courses are relevant and up to date and drives initiatives to improve the quality of the courses
2. Growth of course library (quantity & quality)
3. Keep up to date with latest trend when in comes to learning strategy
4. Achieve CSAT and achieve targets (prospecting and acceptance rate/scorecard)
5. Research additional product enhancements outside of course content and competitor analysis

Job Qualifications:
- Technical know-how - technicalities on courses
- Must have STRONG attention to detail
- Ability to automate routine tasks to make it more efficient
- Self-starter and implements strategies for the courses
- Problem solving/troubleshooting
- Leading the direction of the department
- Good communication / fast response times
- experience handling a team
- experience with Learning Management System
- familiar with WordPress
