Looking for experienced T-Shirt Designer

!!!PLEASE READ EVERYTHING!!!

I am looking for a t-shirt designer for my pod business.
Please only consider applying if you match the following criteria:
- Experience in PoD / Merchandise / T-Shirt Design
- You offer high quality designs and I really mean great work, I will not higher you for a bunch of fast and quick designs. I will need an expert who takes his time to great a smaller amount of really great designs
- You have to send me the AI/Photoshop files
- You offer endless revisions if the design does not match my criteria (if you are a great designer you do not need to be worried, I am not picky just exactly knowing what I want)
- Good english
- Quick responses ( ofc I know about the time delay)
- Be reliable (if the deadline is due next sunday, I want my designs on sunday!)

I know this might sound a bit too much but in exchange I offer you a payment of 10$ per design (In case you think you deserve more tell me why and we will find an arrangement).
I am looking for a designer to work together with a long time! No short time BS. Just reliable long term and efficient work!
