JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there! I’m hiring a part time financial virtual assistant to help me and the team to work on financial processing tasks and creating systems for the business.


REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience with Quickbooks Online
Strong research, investigation and reconciliation skills
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello and Asana
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Experience with Canva is preferred but not required

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Document financial procedures and follow those procedures as required
Process financial transactions in Quickbooks Online for the winery (including sales, purchases, bank transaction matching, tax processing, etc)
Manage the email inbox relevant for financial transactions
Research tasks as required (eg. keywords and ideas for blog posts, social media posts, etc)
General admin tasks
20 hours per week (opportunity for this to grow in future)

Pay weekly
We pay bonuses for great work
We give pay increases based on performance
