Hello, We are looking for an experienced VA for a family-owned construction business.

> Client Management (Appointment Scheduling, tracking, and monitoring client requests and changes)
> Vendor Management (tracking materials, scheduling subcontractors, and tracking bids)
> Process Accounting Transactions, bookkeeping, Cash Flow Management, Supplier and Customer Invoicing (Quickbooks)
> Monitor Permit Submissions and Contract Management
> Customer Support
> Assist in Social Media and Website*
> Other ad-hoc admin tasks
> Highly organized
> Excellent Communication Skills - Able to communicate efficiently with clients with an emphasis on friendly customer service.
> Bookkeeping knowledge in Quickbooks online is needed
> Experience in a construction company is a plus
> Knowledge with Google Workspace is a plus
