THE ROLE

Our UI (+DEV) Designer is one of a kind – they seem to be designing day and night, making our clients’ websites look legendary!

This is a great opportunity for a driven, motivated individual to join an eCommerce agency with huge potential and grow with us.

To succeed as a UI (+DEV) Designer, you must be responsible in applying interactive and visual design principles on websites and web applications for a positive and cohesive user experience

This is a fully distributed Home-based, Full-time position!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Create attractive images that will help our landing pages and websites to have a better conversion Upgrade to see actual infosign intuitive user interfaces & websites so customers can be led to do what the site was created for (e.g. email gathering, etc.).
Build and develop websites and landing pages from scratch or on Wordpress, Shopify, and other funnel-building sites using HTML, CSS, jQuery/javascript, and a bit of PHP.
Optimize sites and landing pages so they can be viewed on all devices properly, in all its glory.
Be the project manager for his/her own landing page and site projects. This means that he/she will take precedence in tapping/coordinating with the necessary people who'll be involved in the project without a higher up to always have to tell him/her what to do.
WHAT WE EXPECT

Someone who has prior experience in working & coordinating well with a team of creatives as a graphic designer/interactive designer & who also coded websites and/or mobile apps in the past.
This person needs to know the latest trends in UI design, have insights into customer behavior, & has deep knowledge, and comfortable in coding using HTML, CSS, jQuery, & a bit of PHP.
He/she has to have built or helped built pages in hardcode from scratch or on Wordpress, Shopify, & other e-Commerce sites & always checks if the site he/she built looks good on all devices + if the site will load fast.
This has to be someone who's also capable of designing + can do basic photo manipulations & graphic design without a problem in case there are changes to be made in the site images.
Someone who had a leadership position is preferred as they're more likely knowledgeable in management & are more comfortable presenting their ideas to clients.
Already have a portfolio displaying the techniques & skills we are looking for.
