Project Manager

Looking to hire a project manager to help manage our product launches for our online training company. We provide online courses and coaching for female entrepreneurs in the areas of marketing and business growth.

We are looking for a dynamic individuals who is pro-active, a self starter, and wants to grow with our company. This is a full-time role and you will need to be available to work in US time zone from 6:00 am CST - 1:00 pm CST.


Responsibilities:

-Manages product launch projects through to completion ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining overall project ownership to assigned projects.

-Attends weekly meetings with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to track status.

-Use our project management tool Asana to assign tasks to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and to ensure we are meeting deadline.

-Develops timelines, and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracks and communicates critical project achievements and/or risks.

-Acts as a primary point of contact for launch projects facilitating project update meetings, and written communication and reports to CEO on progress.

-Help with interviewing and recruiting contractors to work on projects.
