Medial billing

Hello! I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who sees 10-20 clients per week. I am looking for someone who has experience with insurance billing and confident in tracking payments form payers for the services I offer. Some of the tasks will include.
- Become efficient with Therapy Notes platform
- Track and log payments into system
- Call insurance companies and track down non payments over 30 days old-AR
- Generate monthly reports
- Back bill for payments not received
Only experience people apply. Therapy Notes platform knowledge a plus.
Once the system is running efficiently total time is expected to be 10 hours or less per month.

I also manage a short term vacation rental business of 4 homes in different states and am looking for someone who can help with managing guest services, Some of the tasks include.
- Listing platform creation and management
- Guest Inquiry management
-Team communication and notifications
- Email management
- Customer service phone line
- Social media and blog posts
- Data management (updating rates, listings, calendars)
- Bookkeeping
Once system is running efficiently time is expected to be 20 or less hours per month.

We are looking for a teaUpgrade to see actual infomber for long term.
